Hello Visa journey

Before I vent, I just want to thank all of the vj members for posting questions and experiences.It has impacted me alot.Now time to vent.I sent in my 129f petition beginning June. On September 14 2009, I received an RFE because I forgot to check off section 3 part c which asked if I was a criminal. Of course the answer is no.I mailed it back that same night, and when I checked my status it says that it was received September 23 2009. My file was last updated September 28 2009. So what is the hold up. Ive been crying almost everyday because I miss my fiancee so. As Brandy the singer will say "This long distance is killing me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Well I think we can all commiserate with you there. It is terribly hard process to get through, and it sure does seem to drag on. It's been a while since I was waiting on our NOA2, and I know what it is to think you'll never get an approval and that NOA2. I used to wonder what the heck was taking so long, but reading here showed me a lot about the process, and how many petitions they receive.

This is a great resource, VJ. You will find lots of good company while you wait, and any question you have there will be someone who had the answer!

Now we are waiting on the AOS, so it seems we are waiting still

No, she says in her post that her latest touch was September 28 after it was received on the 23rd. So processing would have resumed.

One good thing NOT ALWAYS but MOST OF THE TIME after an RFE it is not too much longer til you receive an answer.
