Peace to All creatures great and small............................................

But when we turn to the Hebrew literature, we do not find such jokes about the donkey. Rather the animal is known for its strength and its loyalty to its master (Genesis 49:14; Numbers 22:30).

I think it's best if we just drop this discussion for the time being. More than one member of the VJ family is either themselves or has loved ones caught up in this so it is a very sensistive subject for a lot of people. I think everyone can understand that people's emotions are really high right now and we're all adults here so I don't see why we can't just talk about something else at least until it blows over and folks here are not worried that a missle might actually drop on them!!!!

I think having 127 different threads about this topic is very distasteful considering the circumstances. People are dying and the rest fearing for their lives.

Can we please just let this go for now????? (F)

Yes. Think of the 'children'.

"The fact that we are here today to debate raising America’s debt limit is a sign of leadership failure. It is a sign that the U.S. Government can’t pay its own bills. It is a sign that we now depend on ongoing financial assistance from foreign countries to finance our Government’s reckless fiscal policies."

Somehow I think Charles forgot that he posted this on May 9 2006 at 09:13 AM.

Edited for brevity, link below for entire tirade, I mean thread, from the "good ole" days...

"it also appears that according to a select few on here, i can't do anything right, as your comments just further my belief that myself and nessa are unwelcome here, and nessa already has that idea and is gone. some here should be very proud of themselves for that. she was not the one who posted 15 threads in just over 90 minutes, yet she got drug into the mud. bravo! those who did such should hold their head high with pride for that!

henceforth, i'll certainly not be posting as much as i used to. and nessa probably won't be back. therefore some here will have to find a new target for their ire."

I'll help you.

You critisized Jenn for saying she was leaving and then not...

Yet you and your fiancee did the SAME THING. You saying you wouldn't be around as much - but you post 100's each day...and NEssa saying she'd NEVER BE BACK and yet she is.

Now...drama queen, what?

Finally finished with immigration in 2012!
