Well, today my fiance's signed g325a, letter of intent and picture arrived to me. Now I guess I am all set to get this packaged and off to Nebraska. I will put everything in a vanilla folder and punch an ACCO fastener through it all. (As far as I understood that part) :lol:

Now how many days will it take to get the fiirst "NOA1"? I know it is them verifying it arrives, but physically what is this you get? I want to know what to watch for. Is it like a simple postcard, a big envelople? Anybody who go one, it would be nice to hear about your experiences in getting it. Thanks :)

Normally, you will receive NOA1(Notiice of Action) within 1-2 weeks. This is sealed in business letter envelope and was a receipt in an A4 paper.

June 12, 2009 - USCIS TX received Packet

June 15, 2009 - Notice Date

June 19, 2009 - Recieved NOA

July 15, 2009 - Scheduled for biometrics

Sept 21, 2009 - Scheduled for Interview ....Passed the interview test

Oct. 16, 2009 - Oath taking

You should have it somewhere between 1 to 3 weeks. If it goes past a month, give them a call. Also, if you see you check cashed, that's probably going to be your NOA1 date.

17-May -04 Divorce Final. I-129F submitted to USCIS

02-July -04 NOA1

30-Aug -04 NOA2 (Approved)

13-Sept-04 NVC to HCMC

08-Oc t -04 Pack 3 received and sent

15-Dec -04 Pack 4 received.

24-Jan-05 Interview----------------Passed

28-Feb-05 Visa Issued

06-Mar-05 ----Nicole is here!!EVERYBODY DANCE!

10-Mar-05 --US Marriage

01-Nov-05 -AOS complete

14-Nov-07 -10 year green card approved
