I-130 Sent: July 23, 2007

NOA1: September 4, 2007

Daughter Born: October 27, 2007

NOA2 (Both 1-130 & I-129): March 12, 2008

NVC receives I-129F, case # assigned: April 4, 2008 (They NEVER receive the I-130)

Interview Date: August 12, 2008

Visa in hand, 1 month exactly of AP/AR/name checks: September 12, 2008 (whoot! whoot!)

POE: October 16, 2008 (praying all goes smoothly!)

Abed arrives in Lexington, KY (FINALLY! What a rough trip for him!): October 17, 2008, 8:47am EST

Adjustment of Status:

Sent in April 16, 2009

Received NOA1 in mail: April 29, 2009

Biometrics Appt: May 13, 2009

RFE: May 11, 2009 (received May 14, 2009)

Sent in RFE (that we had already included in the original packet!): May 26, 2009

Resumed Processing: June 1, 2009

EAD Card Production Ordered: June 10, 2009 (thank you GOD!!)

Interview Date: July 31, 2009...easy, breezy...Card Production Ordered!

done Done and DONE!!! Praise God!

Now we get to work on getting his family to the US!!

It's getting chillier every day here in Cali. Today it's supposed to be around 75 degrees. Going to the pumpkin patch with hubby and my preschool class! Hubby is getting his cell phone today inshallah and tomorrow he goes to take his drivers license test. Slowly but surely my hubby is getting used to here.

Thank you Staashi...this is definately a trip I will never forget for sure. I am still sitting in my room watching the snow fall. WTH its October!!!

I am so not ready to climb a mountain in the snow. I have no cell phone signal or internet til I get to Seattle so I will see ya'll tommorrow night. Terrie, you have Jessica's phone number...call her plz and tell her I am leaving the motel now and I will try to find a pay phone soon to call her. thx sis.

Not much going on today. Have a drs appt with a dermatologist and then just hanging out with my boys. Daemian has a 4 day weekend coming up so we are thinking about taking a small trip, we will see how that goes.

June 11 05-Married George, civil ceremony in New York

May 30 08-Baby Joshua was born

Jan 15-Back to NY we go...

May 10-made decision not to go back overseas.

July 10-filed for divorce

Jan 11-Divorce final

July 11-1st trip to take Josh to see George

Mar 12-2nd trip to take Josh to see George

07/28/11 USCIS cashed check

07/30/11 Recieved NOA1 and Biometrics letter

08/24/2011 Biometrics

08/25/2011 RFE sent to us for some info we've already sent in

08/30/2011 sent in the rest of info USCIS asked for

09/13/2011 went to congressman's office to sign papers for expedite of work permit, due to financial hardship

09/15/2011 Work permit expedite approved!! He can finally find a job!

09/24/2011 work permit arrives

09/26/2011 Apply for social security number!

09/30/2011 Letter is sent for interview

11/07/2011 INTERVIEW!!!

Its 2012 and still no approval! Still waiting

01/27/2012 Letter sent stating that file was sent on for more review :(

Happy Hump Day to all. Hope it is a blessed day for everyone. Jackie I pray for your safe travels.

Met with the company that is holistic that i am trying to work and and spent 1 1/2 hrs with them and I am going to go work 2 half days to see if i like it and if they liek my work style I think this is a great match we will see. I am excited as I feel I could have room to grow here. I am leaving it up to God to use me where He needs me the most.

I leave in 1 month and 2 days for my cruise. Yeah!! I am excited and can't wait it is going to be so much fun I just know it.

Girrrlllllllllllllllll! I have missed you!! How is everything? How is your health?

Life is a rollercoster - I'm just riding it! :P

My health was better over the summer, I've relapsed a little again, but my hubby is finally coming back home from a 2 month work trip and I'm hoping I start feeling better real soon :devil:

Oh, and I've changed my direction in school - I'm now studying Medical Technology and absolutly loving it! It's great to finally have a really good understandng about what my body is up to and to have a chance to help others with chronic diseases in my own small way.
