An awful lot of sarcasm around here huh? (not you, Lorelle)

Who the HELL is ANYONE to say that someone should follow another person's advice???! Come onnnnnnnnn!

Daisy, I think your threads are being locked because they have the potential to become volatile and the admin. is stopping that from happening.

If you want to contact the admin. go to this page Look for Captain Ewok and you'll see a box with "PM" on the right. Click on that box and fill it out and send it.

Considering it took her 5 pages or whatever to finally tell everyone the COUNTRY she lived in so an estimate could maybe be given, I'd say the people who replied to her were MORE than patient with her.

Edit: Ok, now my post doesn't make much sense, since the post I was replying to (MarilynP's) was edited.

Marilyn,

Her threads keep getting locked because she keeps asking the same question: "When will I get my NOA2?" over and over and over again. She's had about four threads dedicated to it; no matter how much anyone has exlpained to her that no one knows when she will (or if she will, her case has a lot of complications) get a NOA2. Some people suggested she fill out her timeline so then she would have at least the approximate date to go by and were patient enough to provide a link and explain step by step how to fill out the timeline to get the answer she's looking for, and still she ignores it. She doesn't need six threads open explaining to her how to figure out when she will get an NOA2, particularly when the question was answered patiently and civilly by numerous members in the other five.

Gwen is right on - the OP has been told many times, with patience and understanding that no-one can guess when she will get her NOA2 - or how long the entire process will take as her case is far from straightforward.

She always thanks the repsondent and asks 'so how long will the NOA2 take?' and this isn't once but MULTIPLE times.

Its frustrating and confusing for everyone trying to help - some of us have given up entirely as the phrase 'bashing head against brick wall' is apt.

March 24 - petition sent to London

April 9th - Pkt 3 rec'd!

May 17th - Pkt 3 signed for at London Embassy

May 24th - Medical

May24th - Pkt 4

well ya know if you try to help someone and they dont read or try to understand how many more times can you stay patient with her? No Daisy or anyone else do NOT have to follow the advice given on here it is their choice, - but say someone asked ya a question and you did your utmost best to answer with your advice and they thanked ya for it - and again repetedly asked the same question over and over and over and over again - dont you think you would be a pissed off? I think thats what happened here - I am just pointing this out to you hence why the sarcasm (if this was aimed at me - if not I am sorry I dont mean to offend). I am normally very patient and try to help where i can and yes at first I felt sorry for daisy and tried to explain why in the other threads she was getting bad replies, but yet again she persisted with the same question. I believe all 3 of her threads are asking when will she get NOA2 - simple answer - we dont know at the moment due to IMBRA and we suggested she filled her timeline in so she may get an estimate - well after 3 threads if she hasnt got it by now then obviously other members are gonna say she is taking the piss! Besides I think cuz if IMBRA new memebrs should be encvouraged to fill in their timelines as it will create the new data and for future members to see the searches.

How many times can you be patient with someone who keeps knocking their head against the wall over and over and over again.

This response of mine isnt to cause more friction, sarcasm, disputes, drama - it is here just to explain what the situation has been, for those that dont know the full story from my eyes only :)

oh and btw it would be interesting to know if Captain Ewok actually does get a PM from her - as if she cant follow simple instructions to fill in timelines how the hell is she gonna follow instructions to PM someone?

for starters she only posted three threads and they weren't all about the NOA2

Hello everybody,

I hope somebody here can give me some advice here regarding my situation:

I am 25 year old f .Me and my fiance (he is 64) filed a I 129 F petition and it was received by Nebraska Service center on March 10 th.

1) I received a notice that it has been transferred to California service center and received on June 14.My question is :Are they going to start the whole process all over again or they will keep the original date (march the 10th) ??

2) I also have worries because I have lived in the US illegally for 3 years. Now I am back to my country.Do you think they can deny my K1 visa for this reason? :help: Do they know at the embassy I was illegal for so long?

3) Another worry: do you think the age difference could be also a reason for denial?

I would appreciate your replies and advice to my questions .I feel really desperate and worried. What are my chances to go back to the US again?

My fiance received this message today. What do you think this means??My NOA1 was March the 10th...

Current Status:

>

> On July 11, 2006, we received your response to our request for evidence or information. However because preliminary processing was complete, the remaining processing time will be less than the maximum stated in this message. You will receive a written decision on this case. You can use our processing dates to estimate when this case will be done. Follow the the link below for current processing dates

Do you think I am close to getting my NOA2

My timeline is as follows:

NOA1 - March 10th,

Requested additional evidence on June 23

RFE - received it on July 11

NOA2????

Does anybody know why my two previous topics were locked?

It is interesting to see that we are expected to be perfect to be a part of VJ :P

I know when I first started hear I prolly asked a lot of stupid questions etc... and you listen to what everyone says and then make a decision ... and you can choose to use the info you recieved or not
