Hi! I called today at NVC and the AVR response to me is:

We are Waiting for the return of the boigraphic form from the petitioner to complete the review, wait 3 to 4 weeks to know the outcome of the review.

I just want to know what is the boigraphic form that NVC is waiting for my husband (Petitioner)? I hope you can help me about this. Thanks!

May 20, 2009 - I-130 sent

Aug. 21, 2009 - I-130 APPROVED

Sept. 01, 2009 - NVC received & case# assigned

Oct. 19, 2009 - Log-in FAILED (YEPEE!!!!)

Oct. 20, 2009 - Case COMPLETE!!! (confirmed by the NVC operator)

Oct. 27, 2009 - Interview Date assign(By NVC operator)

Nov. 16-17, 2009 - Medical PASSED

Dec. 04, 2009 - INTERVIEW(APPROVED!!!)

Dec. 08, 2009 - Visa pick-up at the Embassy

Dec. 16, 2009 - CFO

Dec. 19, 2009 - My Flight - POE (JFK New York) via NWA

maybe your husband was recently sent a letter (maybe an RFE) requesting that form (the RFE letter will usually specify which form and the reason), review will resume when they receive it. could be the DS230 or G325...

04-25-2008 Interview, visa aproved, no RFEs!

04-25-2008 Waiting for DELBROS/NSO

05-07-2008 Visa on hand ! Wow, less than 3 months! Thank you Lord!

Thanks zen den for the reply. I called NVC last night (Phil Time) and the operator told me that biographic form is the ds230, I already sent the ds230 to the NVC.

We got the same AVR message when all our forms were sent. You probably have nothing to worry about. Hopefully within about a week you will try tolog onto the NVC payment site and login will fail...then you know you are done and approved!

It takes 8 months for us to see each other back again since we started our visa process, and now here we are reunited back again and happy together.

... I call the NVC.. they said the same.. I don't know what does it means...

My hubby sent the AOS oct 1, 2009

I sent my Ds230 Oct 08, 2009

Timeline for my Mother

April 19, 2013 - submit the form I-130

April 22, 2013 - Receive the NOA1

July 29, 2013 - Approved NOA2 ( 82 working days)

July 30, 2013 - USCIS shipped my documents to NVC

Aug 5, 2013 - Arrived at NVC Building

Aug 13, 2013 - Got the NVC case # via PHONE

Aug 14, 2013 - Got the Invoice # via PHONE

Aug 15, 2013 - Send my DS-3032 via Email

Aug 16, 2013 - AOS Pay

Aug 17, 2013 - Got an email to print the COVER SHEET

Aug 21, 2013 - send the AOS overnight at NVC

Aug 28, 2013 - Accept the DS-3032

Aug 30, 2013 - IV BILL pay and Documents Sent to NVC receive the checklist AOS.

September 19, 2013 Sent back the checklist

September 20, 2013 Sept 26, arrived @ NVC

Sept 30,2013 - already encode to their system
