"Payment. Please pay the application fee ($131 dollars for each applicant) ON THE DAY OF THE INTERVIEW only after an Embassy employee instructs you to do so. We accept dollars and rubles. Credit cards are not acceptable."

Does this mean that the fee is (3 x $131) = $393  for my fiance and her two children (9, and 18) ? Or just the fee for my fiance ($131). Also, Does it mean that it's three medical exam fees, too?

Thanks for help

You are talking $393 total for the 3 immigration applications. No 3 for one this month.

Magandang (I've been to Manila, got a horrible sunburn riding in a canoe at Pagsanyang)...You know, I thought I read somewhere that minor children don't have to go to the interview...Maybe it's different in Moscow than Manila.

It's different at some Consulates... in Moscow ALL children who are obtaining visas (even infants) must attend.

YES, and YES. They are applying for THREE visas. Like I said before, you need to pay all fees, all medical exams, AOS fees, etc. ALL must have a separate I-134. ALL must complete ALL applications, have birth certificates (translated) police certificates if over age 16 (translated) the court order you referred to for the children has to be translated. This is the K-1 TIMES THREE. Believe me, I did exactly the same thing.

Alla offers family discounts on translations!

I have sample I-134 forms for a fiancee with children, it is different in how the questions get answered. eamil me at alshootist@yahoo.com if you want copies.

Thanks for replies. I did a scratch-off lottery ticket tonight, won $200, that's one down.

Moscow requires ALL applicant to attend. Has to be interesting for 2 year olds. I think Baron555 will tell us. Ukraine only requires age 14+ to attend, so it varies by consulate
