RFE issued

Hello People RFE issued from NVC...they need proof of my assets (Checking nd savings account info)....eventhough I have a joint sponser....I sent in the corrected from instead which does not show any assets....actually NVC advised me to do so....anyone with the similar experience....hopefully they complete my case soon...so I can get november interview.....

just send them what they are asking for otherwise it will delay your case.

I cannot understand the issue, as you've written it.

Sure, you might be having an emotional reaction at the moment, but ..

At least it's an RFE, and not a denial.

Give 'em what they want, in the format they want. If it seems confusing, engage a visa specialst for ONE HOUR of consultation.

I tend to read the instructions on the forms, map out what is required, and give what's required. IME, mapping is important. But I digress .. If you feel you already submitted what was required , then GOT an RFE - you should pay some money to get an informed opinion, and some paperwork guidance. I know I WOULD DO THAT, on any subject matter, if I had this type of issue / problem.
