I have filed an I-864 for my ex husband. He was here on a work visa when we got married so I haven't had to do any of this K1 business before! :blink: I'm going to have to fill out an I-134 for the K-1. Where it asks if I have previously submitted an affdavit of support I believe I should write my ex husbands name in there and the date, but do I need to point out that it was an I-864 and NOT an I-134 previously?

My history is similar to yours and I did not distinguish on the I-134, just entered the ex's name and increased my household size by 1.

My ex husband actually has 40 qualifying quarters of work so I'm going to give supporting evidence of that so I dont need to add another person to my household :)
