I been calling NVC everyday if they have receive the Choice of Agent that my husband emailed to them. It was emailed on Sept 23. There saying that it's not showing up in the system. I had send I864 (Affidavit of Support) on Sept 29 and they have received it. Since im so frustrated waiting i asked them if its ok to send via air mail the copy of the Choice of Agent. They said its fine. So will see how it goes. I'll send it today for standard delivery. Im thinking maybe its faster to process when you send it to them via air mail instead of email?.

i emailed my ds3230 sept. 29, then send hard copy sept. 30thru LBC.. and thank God this when i log in into NVC web site our IV fee bill was generated....we will wait for our invoice 1st b4 we make a step....try To send Hard Copy of Ds3230.... :idea::dance: :dance: :)

They are very slow now.. I sent mine September 18 tru email, then we know that they accept my choice of agent oct 03,2009 because it shows in the PAY BILL NOT PAID..

Keep looking at PAY BILL :-)
