Couple more questions about the I-134

These questions are for anyone who has been interviewed in Manila recently. What do they require as evidence for the I-134? The instuctions on the form say to submit a letter from employer, letter from bank, etc. However, the embassy website says to submit a copy of last year's tax return. Should I just send the tax return, or should I send the tax return along with the letter from my employer, bank letter, and recent pay stubs? Also, I read some debate here as to whether or not you need the actual tax return or if a transcript is acceptable. Anyone know about that?

And now a general question about the I-134...We just received NOA2 recently, and as this site suggests, I've begun to get evidence for the I-134 together already. The interview at the embassy probably won't be until around November. Would a bank letter, employer letter, paystubs, etc. dated from July and August be not current enough for the interview?

Thanks in advance, fellow journeymen (and women).
