I am curious as to how specific you need to be with these answers? My fiancee can't be 100% of when she moved into her house and her parents don't know either, they want the month and year which is pretty precise. Same applies for her previous address.

If you only have a rough idea and mention that on the form or a seperate piece of paper, is that acceptable?

Precise information is preferable but not necessary, try to be as close as possible. Isn't there a lease or a contract that you could look at?

I will get her to chase down a lease, just not sure how to aquire that info about her previous residence. If it's close and explained on a seperate piece of paper, we wont get our packet sent back will we?

If you only have a rough idea and mention that on the form or a seperate piece of paper, is that acceptable?

Read the forms carefully and answer as honestly as possible. If it does not apply say N/A. If the question asks regarding living at a residence since 16 or 18th birthday, then give them just that.

It probably will not be scrutinized that closely just answer as close as you can guess...
