Ok

I just got off the phone with my Congressman and he said that CSC is running additional background checks on me still...................this could take an additional 90 days...!!!!!!!!!!!!! then on NVC and he said there wont be nuch background checks there cos they did there...but I read too much here to believe that.............

I can only think of a few reasons why......... my past working in Homeland Security(TSA) and my lawsuit pending against them.....

My past AOS filing when I was married(divorced now) before but he withdrew and I stopped it all tooooo in 2006 ..... I cant think of anything else ....

The only other thing is the police background for me.... i dont have anything .... I had incident in 2000 but it was never brought to a judgement it was removed from my records and I know this for a fact when I was going thur the process for TSA cos i put it down and what happened and they said they could not find anything to even look into the incident so thye said the incident does not exist... .. So i did not check yes to convicted.... I was not convicted of anything .....does not even show I was arrested according to them..... I hope I did not screw this up

I am tears cos I am thinking I really will never be with my SO in the near future..............It could be a another year huh? I am just in not so positive mood.....

5 months is still within their normal timelines. I know a couple that had to wait 10 months but in the end they got it.

Phil (Lockport, near Chicago) and Alla (Lobnya, near Moscow)

As of Dec 7, 2009, now Zero miles apart (literally)!
