Lost Green Card

Hi,

I turned pemanent resident marriage based back in march and after they sent the letter, i never got it and it was never sent back to them by the post office, so i filed an I90 and sent it to vermont, i just got a letter from vermont saying that since missouri issued my card i should contact them, so i filed another I90 and sent it to missouri,

Does anyone know if im supposed to file the I90 or do something else?, and how long does it take?, it took vermont 3 mounths to respond does it take longer in missouri

the other thing is i just got my selective service papers and got registred auto, so you know if i'm suposed to get selective service when im a conditional resident or am i even conditional becuase ive been hearing alot of talk even from a lawer that in a certain cases if the marriage is close to two years but not quiet 2 yrs they still grant you unconditional residency moreover iam wondering because the officer did not mention anything about removing conditions to us in the interview.

sorry to hear your card never arrived.... The same thing happend to me... I e-filed my I-90 and got a receipt date of Feb 2 2006.. Biometrics were done May 23 2006... email saying that I-90 approved July 6 2006... email saying new card mailed July 14 2006...

So it has taken just over 5 months from when I filed.... I cant answere your question about selective service... sorry
