hey guys, this question might seem simple but i get confused by readding other people's post. My question is I got my 2 year conditional green card december 2005, the card expires DEcember 2007. When do i apply to lift the conditions, Is it 3 months before the card expires or after my 2 year anniversary which is september 2006 (this year)??? :wacko:

July 28, 2004 - Received requested package from embassy

August 4, 2004 - Medical Exam

August 11,2004 - Interview

August 18, 2004- Pick up K-1 VISA

September 8, 2004 - Arrive in USA

December 18, 2004 - EAD arrived in mail

June 10, 2005 - Notice of AOS initial interview

June 17, 2005 -Notice of Cancellation of AOS interview

August 27, 2005 - Mailed application EAD#2

September 6, 2005 - Rec NOA for EAD#2

September 26, 2005-Rec NOA case transferred to CSC

October 25, 2005 - Fingerprint appt Notice

November 18, 2005 - Biometrics #2 appt

November 25, 2005 - Rec EAD #2

November 28, 2005 - Rec RFE for I-485 (medical)

December 27, 2005 - Rec Approval Notice for I-485,

December 27, 2005 - Also letters stating more biometrics

December 29, 2005 - Rec 2 year GREEN CARD

It's in 2007, 2 years after your GC.

REMOVING CONDITIONS

6/30/07 - Mailed I-751 via Priority Mail with Delivery notification

7/02/07 - Delivered to USCIS in Laguna Niguel,CA

7/07/07 - CSC returns I-751 packet because we used an older I-751 version. Mailed I-751 with latest(02/07) version via Priority Mail with delivery notification

7/09/07 - Deliverd to USCIS

7/10/07 - NOA date

7/12/07 - USCIS cashes check

7/21/07 - NOA received(GC extended for one year)

7/24/07 - Biometrics notice received

8/10/07 - Biometrics appointment in W. LA

8/28/07 - Card production ordered

8/29/07 - Approval notice received online

8/30/07 - Approval notice recieved in mail

9/04/07 - 10 yr GC received in mail

It's in 2007, 2 years after your GC.

More exactly, it's one year and nine months (two years minus 90 days) after your GC. So in September 2007.

12 Aug 2008: Interview at Albuquerque DO--PASSED!

15 Aug 2008: Oath Ceremony
