Well I have read the guide on here about 3 times now fully and I am still confused on somethings! lol

Do I need to send in the I-134 AOS form in with the I-129F packet in the beginning or is that for a later date?

Should I certify mail the I-129F packet or something else?

The forms I am sending in, my fiance wasnt here to sign in person, but he filled them out, signed them, scanned them and then emailed them to me and I printed them out. Will they accept that?

I know I have more questions, but I cant think of them right now lol

No, he will need I-134 for interview

Should I certify mail the I-129F packet or something else?

I would recommend certified mail

The forms I am sending in, my fiance wasnt here to sign in person, but he filled them out, signed them, scanned them and then emailed them to me and I printed them out. Will they accept that?

I believe they need to be signed, not printed copies, but I could be wrong

I know I have more questions, but I cant think of them right now lol

Will be needed at the interview stage with the consulate, and FYI the I-134 is not an AOS form.

Should I certify mail the I-129F packet or something else?

I've used regular mail with delivery confirmation on everything I have mailed USCIS and never encountered a problem yet.

The forms I am sending in, my fiance wasnt here to sign in person, but he filled them out, signed them, scanned them and then emailed them to me and I printed them out. Will they accept that?

Some forms it is ok to have scanned/emailed but some require a ORIGINAL signature, read the instructions or the guides/flowchart here on VJ and they will tell you.

I know I have more questions, but I cant think of them right now lol

We'll be waiting, can hardly wait. :D

Do I need to send in the I-134 AOS form in with the I-129F packet in the beginning or is that for a later date? (Later date, you will need this form and all of the required evidence associated with this at the time of the interview)

Should I certify mail the I-129F packet or something else? (Send it registered via USPS, you'll be able to tell it got there okay then)

The forms I am sending in, my fiance wasnt here to sign in person, but he filled them out, signed them, scanned them and then emailed them to me and I printed them out. Will they accept that? (NO, an original signature is required. If you dont send in original signatures for the fiance letter of intent and G-325A you are likely to get an RFE (Request for Further Evidence) asking for forms with original signatures on and this will delay processing on your case. Have him print the forms out, sign them and then send them to you via Royal Mail)

I know I have more questions, but I cant think of them right now lol

Nope. :) You just need certified documents to go in.

So for example, his birth cert (if it's not the original) needs to be a certified copy.

And then you copy the certified copy.

Hello and welcome to VJ!

Well I have read the guide on here about 3 times now fully and I am still confused on somethings! lol

Do I need to send in the I-134 AOS form in with the I-129F packet in the beginning or is that for a later date? The I-134 is the Affidavit of Support (Which he'll need you to complete and sign and have with him along with supporting evidence) - The AOS (Adjustment of Status) is what you do AFTER the wedding.

Should I certify mail the I-129F packet or something else? You don't HAVE to, but I'd say it's highly recommended

The forms I am sending in, my fiance wasnt here to sign in person, but he filled them out, signed them, scanned them and then emailed them to me and I printed them out. Will they accept that? Sometimes you need original signatures and othertimes you don't. Off the top of my head, I'd think these would need to be originals (just simply get him to print them out, sign and post them to do)

I know I have more questions, but I cant think of them right now lol Ask anything you like.. you usually get a pretty good/fast response on here. Add it to your favourites if you haven't already - you'll be comin ghere alot over the next 8 months - 2 years! lol

Just some general advice:

While it is good to look ahead, it sounds to me like you've sort of jumped in the deep end. Slow down and follow the guides - there's a checklist in there which you can follow and it's very complete, so relax!

If you try to tackle this process in it's entirety, you'll be overwhelmed. Break down the assembly of the packet into getting each of the things on the checklist into a folder, and before you know it your packet will be assembled and you can send it off! One step at a time, and you'll get there. :) Once you've sent off the packet, then start looking towards the next step.

Don't worry too much, London is a low-fraud consulate and generally easy to work with, so no need to be sending reams of paper in.

no, but you can put "I-129F petition" if you like; that's what I did. They're going to stamp your check with your petition number (starts with EAC) on the back, so they'll use it for that.
