I-130 fee

I submitted an application for 2 persons, my spouse and an under 18 child of my spouse.

I also submitted fee of $355 each in the form of 2 separate checks, but only one has been cashed so far.

Is this right?

I thought it was $355 for each application, should I just consider myself lucky and keep quiet because I only had to pay once?

I wish I could tell you otherwise but I wouldn't consider that lucky. You were correct in sending the $355 for each I130 because each petition requires that fee. Not sure why only one has cleared when you sent them together but I'd say the other one should clear anytime. If it doesn't, I suggest getting on the phone because it will probably only delay your case and I know you don't want that.
