Are my W-2's and verification of employment going to be sufficient instead of my income tax for 2005 doesn't have my full earned income. I under declared my income in 2005. But my W-2's and my cert of employment show that I am way over the poverty line ?

Im not sure, but I think its a requirement to show the last tax return.

We had the same problem. My fiance only sent me his w2, employment letter and bank letter but our agency requested the ITR 2005 because according to them and to other people's experiences, the embassy will really check on it with the Affidavit of Support..

this is actually for AOS..not i129f...can i refile my itr 2005 so it will show my full income for 2005?

We were approved Thursday with only W2 and employment letter. We did not discuss the fact that I had not filed taxes so I can't speak for USCIS policy.

Be sure to take copies for them. They will want to see the original and keep a copy in their files.
