I'm asking this seriously because it seems like the employees there are angry, bitter jerks who enjoy nothing more that messing with the clients who provide the money to pay their salaries.

I've heard time and again how the employees are anywhere from rude to just plain mean to the clients.

mine back in 2006, they were not overly friendly nor rude... just a whole lot of waiting and waiting in my part and as for the staff, they seemed like robots to me doing their routine... there were hundreds of us that day...

4/15/2010- sent my N-400 via fedex overnight

I remember that staff assigned at xray department, she was rude but the rest were ok, especially the guard who told me I passed when I arrived there the next day.

my experience was a very pleasant one. no rude staff at all, just long lines, hehe

i think it's goes both ways, there are patients too who are impatient (complains about lines, waiting etc), demanding (want to be serviced asap as if they're the only ones who woke up early and went to themedical early) and stubborn (do not follow rules, instructions and guidelines)

My case was, after my x-ray, the staff told me to put that protecting cloth we wore on top of the table after which I did but unfortunately it fell and I did not noticed it. The next person to be xrayed was my friend and she said that the staff said that I have no manners and other bad words about me because she thought I put the cloth on the floor. That was just plain rudeness.

The whole system of SLEC pissed me off. All hospitals and clinics staff are seem to be friendly and caring except for SLEC. Scale from 1-10, if SLMC is 9, then SLEC is 1.

If you pass it's POSITIVE and move on to the BIG ONE. People are people. Some azzholes everywhere you go. There will be some at USEM and right down to the final show for US citizenship.

Grin a bear it! You can't complain to USCIS until after you raise your right hand.

Our time line for CR1 visa took only 5 months and 1 week or 156 days; from the filing the I-130 on the 03-12-2009 to Approval of NOA2 on the 05/13/2009, then Interview on the 08/18/2009 at Manila, Philippines. We had a daughter on the 11-12-2010 named AISHA JOY means HAPPY LIFE.a1_opt-1.jpga2_opt-1.jpga3_opt-1.jpg

Just finished my medical today...As for my experience, most employees are professional and approachable. I also admired the fact that the guards are helping the staffs in other items such as collecting documents/passport,etc. which I think somehow helped in minimizing the waiting time.

My only complains are the waiting time and the need to return the next day to get the result. I wish they can release the result in the afternoon of those who made an effort to wake up really early to get there and have the immunization at the same day.

Other than that, I think they are doing a good job.

 Read it again. Thinking that I might put the robe on the floor is not an excuse for saying bad words, let alone saying i have no manners, she doesn't know me at all and also, i did not thought she was saying bad words to me...My friend heard it, loud and clear.

Masasabi ko lang porke't sila lang ang authorize ng US embassy na mag-conduct ng medical exam, eh mayabang na sila masyado. I mean, go to private clinics or hospitals in the Philippines, because you could see the difference.

Wish ko lang, may ka-competition yong SLEC. I mean, kung meron sigurong 2-3 accredited clinic yong US embassy, and applicants could choose. Siguro, baka maging more friendly and accommodating yong staff ng SLEC.

And as for the guard, they are bull****, sobrang yabang. I mean, they don't have to be rude in giving instruction or answering queries. Pwede namang sumagot ng maayos without sarcasm.
