Is a "work authorization stamp" needed for K-1s to work pre-EAD?

OK, back to kindergarten.

i knew you'd know where to go.

Doing otherwise is breaking the law.

ok, going 1 mile over the speed limit is breaking the law as well. bet most of us do it on a daily basis.

So if my financial situation is dire can I justify walking into a house where the front door is open and taking a TV (they have like....4!!!) because they obviously have lots of money and they have insurance and can get another one? It doesn't really hurt anyone (their premiums may go up, but they aren't really hurting) why cant I?

how is that even a relevant analogy? can you justify what you do? i don't know, can you?

Speed limits are not laws, they are ordinances. People who are caught exceeding the speed limit are not convicted of a misdemeanor or a felony, they have violated a local ordinance and are fined. You really don't understand the law.

K1: 01/15/2009 (mailed I-129F) - 06/23/2009 (visa received)

AOS: 08/08/2009 (mailed I-485, I-765, & I-131) - 10/29/2009 (received GC)

You poor poor thing.... Hey! if you feel pretty proud to have broken immigration law and gotten away with it, more power to you.

don't put words in my mouth. when have i said that i did anything? get your had out of your #######.

Speed limits are not laws, they are ordinances.

but, if i fail to pay for that same ticket, am i taken to jail or to a resort? and how is an ordinance not a sub-category of the law?

You said....if it doesn't hurt anyone what's the problem...

And then went on to say that you could justify breaking the law because of a dire financial situation.

Both points are covered. How is it NOT relevant?
