Do I have to send I-130 and I-485 together?

Hello,

I'm US Citizen and my wife was on visitor visa and we got to know each other about 8 months ago. My wife and I just got married and I'm applying for her AOS. I read the guide on VisaJourney but i'm a bit confused if we have to send both I-130 and I-485 packets all in one big packet to USCIS at once or not. In other words, do we have to do all medical exam, affidavit of support, and everything else and send hose ot USCIS or we only have to send I-130 packet (for now)?

I'm confused. Did your wife come on a K-1 and marry you, or on a tourist visa? The processes are different.

Send in I-130 Petition, I-485 - to Adjust Status, and I forgot the other form, but its for Employment Authorisation. You will need the Affidavit of Support, medical can be brought in for the interview, but wont hurt to be sent in with the above mentioned documents.
