Where did you interview, what consulate?

Regardless, give them what they asked for. Get the I-864 redone, scan and send to your wife to sign and take that back with you. I would recommend printing it in colour. You really have no choice.

I'm with trailmix on this one, a bit more info on the Consulate might help. Handwritten forms are acceptable, but the form must be printed out and the answers written in by hand. I have heard from some people, that not every CO @ MTL will accept hand completed forms but this varies by CO and is not any official policy, provided the handwriting is clear and not cursive. As long as the copy is clear and not overly dark, that should suffice. I submitted originals of the AOS and kept scans for my records. They lost half the files for Mom, so keeping extra copies worked out fine and obviously they took them.

2007-07-27 – Case complete at NVC waiting on the world or at least MTL.

2007-12-19 - INTERVIEW AT MTL, SPLIT DECISION.

2007-12-24-Mom's I-551 arrives, Pop's still in purgatory (AP)

2008-03-11-AP all done, Pop is approved!!!!

You have posted your question in the Canada forum. I don't think many of us are that familiar with procedure for Abu Dhabi.

You should either ask a moderator to move your post or just go ahead and start a new thread in the consulate discussion area or your regional area.

For Canada the I-864 does not have to be notarized, for instance. Good luck to you.

moved from the Canada Forum to the MENA forum - someone here should be better able to advise you what to do next. Good luck with the interview.

“...Isn't it splendid to think of all the things there are to find out about? It just makes me feel glad to be alive--it's such an interesting world. It wouldn't be half so interesting if we knew all about everything, would it? There'd be no scope for imagination then, would there?”
