Original marriag Contract needed with I-130 ?

is the original marriage papers needed with I-130 or Just copy of it with translation?

i dont know if the they need copy of both or copy of marriage papers and original of translation

so anyone got approved can tell me how is it going?

No, you don't need to have the original marriage certificate, just a clear copy of it.

you just need to know that here in egypt you need some stuff to do before you send the I 130 , you will need to go to translate the marriage certificate from the translation department of the ministry of justice and this office is in el shahr el 3akary in ramsis street beside nekabet el mo7ameen , then you will have to take the translation and the original and go to the ministry of foreign affiars office in ahmed orabi street , el mohandseen . there they will give you a stamp on them ..then finally you will take them to the american embassy to be authenticated . in the embassy they will attach the original marriage certifiacte and the translation together by some governmental metal ring which you can't remove .....

after all those steps you will just send them along with the other required documents and forms

if am gona to send the original trnaslation or copy of it same as marriage papers

coz i read that the original of translation needed with I-130 and in NVC too

so is that right or i just send copy of marriage with copy of translation?

Yes, when sending the I-130 a COPY of the marriage certificate AND the translation will be needed, in addition to many other things. InshaAllah you have a smooth journey.
