Thanx Tracy. Chris and Jersy G for your input.

Here It seems that I got doomed even more and that is " I got 2nd IMBRA RFE and i sent it back in no time and after an hour i got the first ever email from USCIS that they have transfered my case to California Service Center" . Now for God sake, tell me , what that means ?

Does it mean that my case is screwed even deeper ? I am becoming schizophrenic and I dont have health insurance. Mental problems are costly to treat and i dont know what to do other than " Forced Patience"

These people look so incompetent and I sometimes wonder that are we living in the so-called " technologically most advanced country on earth". My A**

One thing which made me feel good is that they still have my email address .!! Am I not psychotic ? ?

Khattak, I am in the same boat as you, I got my first RFE on the 3rd of July and sent it right back, no email or update on the website that they recieved it, however I got my second RFE on the 15th and I rang the USCIS yesterday, they told me that they had recieved my first RFE and posted it to our app. The second one was sent yesterday. We will just have to be patient and hope they get moving soon. Good luck!

You will make yourself crazy trying to figure it all out. There really is no comprehensible method to this process that we're in. The best thing you can do for you and your spouse is to take a deep breath, do some yoga, and RELAX.

If it means anything at all, I finally broke down recently and went to my doctor who prescribed some Zoloft. It's working wonders!

khattak, for mild depression, try St. John's Wort. Then distract yourself so you don't sink into a big black hole where Zoloft is the answer. Keep yourself sane for the sake of your spouse. You want to be healthy when you're reunited.

Imagine that the wait will be a year. If it's shorter, it'll be a bonus. Limit the time you spend checking your case status online or hanging out at this site. Call in your resources, that is, people you can rely on to be with you and keep your mind off this.

We're all in the same boat and didn't except choppy waters. How we handle it is a test of our characters and our love for our husbands and wives. Personally, I have a new strategy. I'm eating sour cream and onion potato chips for breakfast. I figure it's easier to sit and wait if you have a big padded butt.

My butt's plenty padded, and my depression was taking over. The Zoloft is a temporary fix, and it's made my "hole" much less "black". I needed to be strong for my husband, and now he doesn't see me crying every night. So overall, our lives are much better now. Anti-depressants aren't the answer for everyone, but with a history like mine, it was a wise choice.

I've heard St. John's Wort really helps a lot of people. That's a good recommendation. Some simple yoga and meditative breathing also ease stress and anxiety. And although this website is tremendously helpful, I've found that spending too much time here raises too many questions that even our more experienced members have no answers to.

These, I leave up to God....

I'm smiling a lot more these days, and my amazing husband and I feel a renewed sense of hope that accompanies my calm.

Hi Folks.

I am in dilema. I got IMBRA RFE on July 3rd like most of you and sent it back through overnight delivery which has been received by USCIS. But the USCIS website neither shows any touch(es) nor i ever got any email from them. Is this happening to any one else.? I have subscribed for the email option and i visit the website frequently but No touch ever in the past few months but yet i get the snail mail on time. Can you guys plz shed some light on this.?

hi there my husband got imbra rfe july 1, 2006 but he sent it back on july 10 already and we got an email confirmation that they got the rfe that my husband sent on july 14, 2006. but my husband recieve a second imbra rfe with a note from uscis asking my husband to hurry up and sent back the imbra rfe back that was because my husband sent back the first rfe 10 days after he got it. so my husband dont even bother to send back the second rfe that he recieve because we got email from uscis on july 14 that they already got it. but until now we are not touched yet after july 14. we hope to recieve any progress on this k3. congrats to mike for the approval. God bless everyone
