hello everybody,i am here in cebu philippines with my fiancee, we are in the process of filling out the forms for the visa application, i have some questions for those filipinas who had their k1 interview recently,

1- On the DS-156, question #2, passport place of issuance? did you guys put an answer for state/province? or did you just put and answer for city and country and left the state/province field blank?

and also is ok to staple this forms together, or just leave them separate?

It will say on your passport, I believe it's under Authority. Mine was Houston Texas

I don't have a D156 in front of me, But I am sure if you put City/State or City they will be able to figure it out.

Dont make something so easy, Complicated........

Staple the related forms together, then bind all of the documents with an alligator clip or one of those black foldable clips.

On DS-156 question #2, write the name of the city of the DFA office that issued your Philippine passport. if it was in Manila, in the state/province, type Metro Manila.

I will have my medical exam next week, in God's favor.

The Consulate claims that they already have our case but I am not yet eligible to set an interview date. I must be waiting for the letter from them.

May you and your fiancee have a speedy progress. God bless us all.
