lookin for knowledgeable people with a golden heart on filing forms...

Timeline

good day to all..wish u can help me here...the following are my queries regarding the said forms:

A.) items #8 and 9 - are these my married names???(im annulled)

B.) item #14 - national identification number --is this the local TIN (tax identification number)?

C.) item #17 -- no option for annulled...only single (never married) and divorce or separated...not close enough to being annulled

D.) item #26 - how long i intend to stay in US??? can i answer INDEFINITE?

E.) item #27 - can i answer -MARRY MY FIANCE AND LIVE WITH HIM?

F.) item#32 - i intend to work as soon as im allowed but at the moment i dont know where to work..so i typed U.S DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION..is that fine?? no idea where ill end up working with...

G.) there are items not applicable...so some i put N/A and some NONE..is that fine too?

so far these are all the data which i need good answers and guidance..pls. help me..

thanks so much...fiance is sick..dont wanna bother him at the moment with all these confusing stuff

03-15-2010 ---- Biometrics Appointment in Milwaukee, WI

04-09-2010 ---- Authorization for Parole/Travel Dox Received

04-16-2010 ---- EAD Card Received

05-12-2010 ---- Interview Schedule in Milwaukee..PASSED!!! Thank You Lord!

05-17-2010 ---- Welcome Notice arrived in mail

06-01-2010 ---- Received Instruction Permit Card from DMV

06-10-2010 ---- 2-yr. GC/PRC arrived today in the mail..SALAMAT PO LORD!

12-12-2010 ---- Got my DMV License

A. Yes

B. Whatever it is for your country. IN USA it is SSN. In Ukraine it is Interal Passport Number. What does your country use?

C. Annulled means the marriage never happened. Single. But you DO have to list previous names used and you DO have to list former husband. I know, makes no sense but i am not the relgious nut that decided divorce had to be called "annulment"

D. Answer "NA K-1 visa for permanent residency"

E. Same as D

F. Same as D The US department of Education does not educate anyone. NO TEACHERS work for them. They are a governemnt black hole that confiscates money from citizens and wastefully spends it. You do not want to work for them if you are a teacher.

G. Yes, NA and None are acceptable answers where appropriate
