do u have any idea where they could have stolen that info from?

I would guess on-line somewhere... Since my husband and I travel A LOT, I have to do a lot of on-line transactions... I would assume they got it there or from one of the hotel servers/connections, wi-fi etc... Or, I thought maybe from a hotel reservation or something??? Who knows, these thiefs are really good these days!

I don't understand it. Not in the least. Someone who completed 10 days before me got a Nov. interview. I'm confirmed this morning with NVC that scheduling was complete for Nov. They gave me the whole BS line about the capacity of the embassy. The US embassy in El Salvador is one of the largest in the WORLD. I lived there for a year and half and had to visit the embassy numerous times. Last year my wife(then fiance) tried to get a tourist visa to visit with me for Christmas. She had an interview within a week of applying. They conduct HUNDREDS AND HUNDREDS of interviews EVERYDAY and you won't me to believe they didn't have the capacity for a Nov. interview for me? I wish there was someone who I could sit down in front of and tell them what a bunch of ####### all of this is. What sense does it make to interview someone for a tourist visa within a week of applying but MY WIFE has to wait TWO MONTHS!#$!#@$

We all understand the frustration on this process, and we cant do much about it, its always waiting for one thing or another.

Do you know if maybe the embassy has a certain amount of slots open in a months time for CR1 or K3 or K1 interviews? , that could very well be the case, and maybe why she got a visitors interview so quickly, do to them not being a over capacity for interviewing for visitors visas.

Rather a family visa or a visitors visa, we all want OUR loved ones to get that interview quickly.

Truly happy!!!

Couldn't find the panic and anxiety forum, so you depressed peeps will have to put up with me.

Dropping off a veggie tray for my first visit to the thread...

I see people referencing the # of interviews allowed per embassy. Where do you find out how many your embassy schedules per month?

Hello Julie my dear, some embassy have a link to show a list of interviews, I know Cairo does, Paris does not. Check your embassy for a link. Cheer up Honey, you know why, cause this time last month, you were not this far in your journey.this time next month, you will be even further into this journey.

((((((((((((((((HUGS))))))))))))))))))))) Its all going to be fine Honey.

I think I will be a stuck-up American in France, "before anyone jumps on me for the comment, I'em a American" LOL. Once I dressed in my cheerleader uniform, put a smear of blood on my check and hands, and carried a axe, it was sight to see, my date was a football player, lol We never went out again, I wonder why?

hahahah i love it paris!!!

so funny.

how is everyone doing tonight/today?

i am feeling anxious, wanting it to be monday in the US.. i hate it when its monday here in australia and its still sunday there, so onnnnne more day til they get back to work on my case!!

my rfe papers went back to NVC and they say on the AVR they have them and are reviewing them, or whatever they do... and that means i should get case complete once they look at them koz i dont think anything else is wrong with our case.. so fingers and toes and all bits crossed please everyone!

i want those two words so badly.... its my 11 month wedding anniversary today too, and i just feel SICK not knowing when i am having an interview in sydney... you know?

its not toooooo much to ask to get the case complete!! come onnn!!!

i am hoping to get there before xmas, but before thanksgiving would be a dream... i know it would take a miracle to get an interview before our wedding anniversary in a months time... we will see though... stranger things have happened... right?
