Quite, I think what he is trying to say is that Obama is second guessing which choice will be best for his career as apposed to which choice will have the best outcome for the country and that he is making this choice in this way because of a belief in manifest destiny...so yes, it is strange and nonsensical at best

Yes its nonsense because Obama would NEVER make a political decision (as Bush did on a daily basis). Obama only makes choices that are for the greater good of this country. Even his meal choices are so much better for this nation than Bush's.

I think you could do with reading the post before you respond in a manner that suggests you either didn't, or that your reading comprehension skills are embarrassingly poor.

How's this for delusions of grandeur?

Incredibly, President George W. Bush told French President Jacques Chirac in early 2003 that Iraq must be invaded to thwart Gog and Magog, the Bible's satanic agents of the Apocalypse.

Honest. This isn't a joke. The president of the United States, in a top-secret phone call to a major European ally, asked for French troops to join American soldiers in attacking Iraq as a mission from God.

Now out of office, Chirac recounts that the American leader appealed to their "common faith" (Christianity) and told him:

"Gog and Magog are at work in the Middle East. ... The biblical prophecies are being fulfilled. ... This confrontation is willed by God, who wants to use this conflict to erase his people's enemies before a New Age begins."

Wow Pike has insider information into TOP SECRET phone calls from the white-house now! Awesome.. Quick tell us what Obama is saying!

Again Joe, you embarrass yourself with your reading comprehension.

But I'll give you a break - perhaps its just that you get so wound when people deride W, that you just can't help making hysterical kneejerk outbursts.

You guys are hilarious in your pompousness.

I'm almost hearing worn out responses "reading comprehension" "go do your homework" "generalisations"

You lack critical thinking... come up with a better response.

The response fits the situation - you responded to the post you quoted in a way that suggests you fundamentally misunderstood what was actually written.

Your posts don't demand critical thinking or a proper response Joe, it's that simple.

You don't practice critical thinking, or come up with any proper responses... its THAT simple. All you do is regurgitate liberal talking points and tow the line for Obama (but you're not a supporter)

I win all the points. The only scorekeeper I pay attention to is myself. So therefore I always win. (what game are we playing again? Must have missed that).
