Hello,

I have a question. My husband received his GC. My question is that me and my husband live in another city (other than the one registered for the GC), since I am a student. This is my student/temporary address. My permanent address that I use is my parents home, to which both of us get mail, and the one that we go to for some weekends and holidays. Do we need to submit a change of address? As I said, we live here while I go to school, and the lease ends in the summer.

Thanks

p.s.-I should say that my name is listed as a resident of my parents house.

We just did a change of address and I noticed on the Electronic AR-11, there is a section to mark if your move is temporary. The set-up and info on USCIS website was actually very easy to do.

Just remember your sponsor/spouse has to change their address/info as well. You can download the I-865 form and mail that in to the location that matches your address. I will be mailing my form in on Monday.

Here are some links to the web addresses for you.

I hope this is of some help to you.

I am a student applying for the K-1. Similarly, I have a temporary address and a permanent one. My fiancee and I intend to live together at my temporary address before finding a home. Do either of you know whether I ought to list my permanent or temporary address on the I-129f and on the G-325a?

Thanks!

AJ
