Still confused where to send packet?

I'm writing up some supplemental letters/ cover letters and I want to put the address where we will be sending everything to in the letter. We are filing I-130 & I-485 concurrently and we live in Pennsylvania.

I think we send to:

U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services

P.O. Box 805887

Chicago, IL 60680-4107

Is this correct? I am sending all the forms here right?

Another quick question- when I make a cover letter for the I-485, should I list everything in the I-864, I-765 & I-131 with the cover letter or have an individual cover letter for each form? I was planning on doing 4 separate cover letters but I wanted to see what others have done

Thanks!

From what I've read, I think people put only one cover letter explaining what the whole package contains. While we're talking about letters, I've always wondered if people include a letter explaining how they met as well as their evidence (pictures, banks accounts, etc.).

Adjustment of Status

11/03/10 ------- AoS (I-130/I-485) Package mailed out (Priority Mail)

11/07/10 ------- AoS Package received and singed for

11/12/10 ------- NOA1 received for I-130, I-485 and I-765 (hard copies)

11/12/10 ------- Touches on I-130, I-485 and I-765

11/19/10 ------- Biometrics appointment letter received

12/06/10 ------- RFE for I-693 (I think the issue is that it was not signed. Called USCIS and will receive a letter in a few days explaining)

12/13/10 ------- Biometrics done

12/16/10 ------- EAD card in production (email)

12/20/10 ------- Received "Letter of Explanation" for RFE (Service Request to expedite my case. Called USCIS and was told to ignore that and just send in response to RFE.)

12/22/10 ------- Touch (Email for Post Decision Activity on EAD saying that a letter of approval has been mailed out)

12/24/10 ------- Received EAD in the mail

12/27/10 ------- Applied for SSN

12/31/10 ------- Received Interview letter

01/03/11 ------- Received SSN card in the mail

01/07/11 ------- Mailed out response to RFE (I-693)

01/15/11 ------- Email confirming USCIS received RFE response

01/31/11 ------- Approved!

I will probably do 1 cover letter for the I-130 and 1 for the I-485 then. I am not writing a letter explaining how we met, I figure that is what the interview is for. I am writing a few other letters though when I need to explain something further from a form (like the I-864)

I hope you have not sent the application yet, because the address you listed is incorrect. This is the address for sending I-130 alone, without I-485. The address you are sending to is:

USCIS

P.O. Box 805887

Chicago, IL 60680-4120 Read this page carefully:

http://www.uscis.gov/portal/site/uscis/men...0004718190aRCRD

As far as the cover letter, one cover letter listing all forms and supporting documents is perfectly fine.

2-year green card application:

08/19/2009- Recieved Biometrics Appointment notice (bio apt 9/12 at 9am).

08/21/2009- Recieved RFE for I-485 (issued August 17th).

08/22/2009- Responded to RFE.

09/01/2009- Case processing resumed (RFE recieved on 8/27/2009).

09/01/2009- Walk-in biometrics at 1:00pm, in and out in 15mins.

09/09/2009- Recieved e-mail: EAD card production ordered on 09/08/2009.

09/14/2009- Recieved another e-mail: EAD card production ordered (AGAIN!) on 09/11/2009.

09/16/2009- EAD recieved in the mail.

09/21/2009- Applied for a SSN.

09/30/2009- Recieved SSC.

10/14/2009- Received interview notice (Interview on 11/16 at 9:35am)

11/16/2009- Interview,APPROVED and CARD production ordered e-mail!Yay!

Oh I was about to say that looks like the same address but then realized the last 4 of the zip code are different. Phew! I see that address now in the form I-485. I believe I got mine from the I-130 but I'll send it where you suggested, thanks!
