Hello Everyone!

I call vietnam 3 or 4 times a week for about 1 hour each call, i have been using SAVINGCALL for this. IT IS GREAT!!! I call a local access number here, and then enter the number in Vietnam i want to call. It is about .06 a minute VERY CHEAP landines and a little less than if i call a wireless number. I have not found anything better yet. They also keep records of my call and and good about sending statements when requested. (GOOD FOR PROOF)

If anyone want more information let me know i will send you a contact number to set up an account!

Greg

I see your profile says K3. Did you file for the CR1 concurrently? You don't want to do K3. More steps, more fees.

What company is it? Do you know how much they charge for cell phone? I only use my card to call my husband's cell phone and the lady quoted me .0715/min. I think that's pretty good... :)

I-130 is for the CR1, 129f would be for K3. You're on the right track.

The VJ guidelines says to wait until after you submit the I-130 to begin the I-129F since you send in your NOA1 with your I-129F petition...

I will ask my wife later what company or card she uses. She gets it from school or someone there and I know she uses a ####### load of minutes and we are not in debt yet.

I only use my calling card to call his cell...reason is, if he's at home, he uses his VOIP phone and calls me. It's a US setup so it's free when he calls me.

If you haven't done so already and your spouse is over there, you should definitely consider this...if it's too difficult, you should look into the MagicJack - $20 bucks a year... :D Only thing is, you have to have a computer and keep it on for people to be able to call in... :P

I use V247 by Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Ngan. It is down to 3.7cents a minutes now. It's great and they keep the records too. You can assign a phone number to a number and all you have to do is to press that one number. It's pretty cool. They also have lots of promotions every 2-3 months. Go to a vietnamese book store, video store, they always have them there and you can set it up. Good LUCK.
