Hello everyone,

I was reading on the sponsorship section and I am a confused. Can anyone tell me if, I have enough $$$ both in bank and monthly income is this enough to allow me to be the only sponsor for my spouse or do we have to have a joint sponsor? Please advice.

Yes, you, the petitioner, would always be the primary sponsor regardless of income and assets. If you qualify then no other sponsor should be required.

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.

if u have income more than 18000$ every year so u can be the sponser but if u less than that u can get help from any one u know as joint sponser but i see u say u have enaugh encome so its okay u can be the sponser

if u have income more than 18000$ every year so u can be the sponser but if u less than that u can get help from any one u know as joint sponser but i see u say u have enaugh encome so its okay u can be the sponser
