Ok, I'm an official May filer now as well. I sent my 3 pound package off today and will add myself to the CSC list.

I'm not sure if I am more scared of their decision, or glad it's done.

As long as you are still married and living with your USC spouse, there is nothing to fear or worry about. Just let things take their time and you will get your 6:30am text message notifying you that there has been an update on your account....

3lbs of evidence.... that sure is a lot of documents... I am sure the IO looking at your file will check the application, look at a couple of things and then say... based on the weight, I will assume everything is there.... APPROVED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Oh, by the way... did you hear the latest promotion from USCIS.... if you send in 3lbs of evidence, you get to send in a 4th lb for free :P

N-400 Naturalization Timeline

Hi all, I made a list of things I need to copy and put into my package. I cannot be bothered to ask friends and family for affidavits so I'm just going to send my application without it. If I get an RFE then I'll get them later. But in the meantime do you have any feedback or suggestions on my list of evidence?

1. Copy of green card, front and back

2. $545 check payable to US Department of Homeland Security

3. Copy of deed/title of house

4. Copy of HUD-1 closing statement

5. Copy of 2008 tax return

6. Copy of 2009 tax return

7. Copy of WF Checking account statement

8. Copy of WF savings account statement

9. Copy of WF credit card statement

10. Copy of WF mortgage statement

11. Copy of Chase credit card statement

We didn't do affidavits either. I know many who've been approved without them, so hopefully we will be, too.

@JustMeNow - Your evidence looks good. I feel good that your ROC will be approved. We're all here to support each other during this, so please lean on us. smile.gif

How does the number start for VSC filers coz I can read the numbers on the check but I can't figure out what the letters are before those numbers.

It is EAC, but I guess you have to wait for the # on the biometrics appointment to do online tracking. Weird, but thats USCIS for you.

I got the NOA today. My daughter got a Verification of Inclusion of a dependent in filing of form I-751 letter a few days ago. It includes also her one year extension.

Both notices (my NOA and my daughter's letter) are dated 05/12/2010.

Second step done!

(Day 1) 05/23/07: Packet sent to CSC

(Day 247) 01/25/08: Interview. Approved!

(Day 254) 02/01/08: Visas Received.

AOS Journey K1-K2

(Day 1) 04/20/08: Application sent.

(Day 73) 07/02/08: EAD,AP Approved!

(Day 108) 08/05/08: AOS Approved!

(Day 114) 08/11/08: 2 years GC received.

ROC Journey K1-K2

(Day 1) 05/09/10: Application sent.

(Day 129) 09/14/10: ROC Approved!

(Day 135) 09/20/10: 10 years GC received.

Yes, you can check your status online only with the Application Number on your Biometrics Appointment lettersmile.gif

:) I think you'll do just fine. I didn't have the courage to post that I sent a 3 1/2 pound package to CSC! :blush: (It cost nearly $38.00!!)
