Nope, I wish I was kidding, there are two from the beginning of April (maybe they just didnt come back to report) and myself in the April CSC filers still waiting for approval

I feel for you and sincerely hope that your approval is just around the corner. This is

completely unacceptable.

did any of you guys contacted the congressmen or USCIS about the delay ??.. I am a June filer too (CSC) of course and only one person got approved …. When I men contacting… I meant to start an investigation on the issue… usually pass the first person who looks at it …. I usually ask to speak with a case adjuster …. and can get through ….its really hard to get through them on the phone and didn’t want to try ..if somebody has done it.

Instructions: If more than 30 days have elapsed since your NOA1 date and you have not received your biometrics appointment letter, you can call the NCSC (their number is on your NOA1) and put in service request to the service center which you filed (CSC or VSC) to find out the status of the biometrics appointment letter. Make sure to verify the home address and mailing address (if any) with them on the phone. You can also request to speak to an immigration officer (you may have to ask at least twice to be transferred) to get your CR I-89 receipt number, (it is the receipt number of the biometrics letter) so that you can track your case online.

8-13-2010 - Biometrics Finished

Instructions: If more than 30 days have elapsed since your NOA1 date and you have not received your biometrics appointment letter, you can call the NCSC (their number is on your NOA1) and put in service request to the service center which you filed (CSC or VSC) to find out the status of the biometrics appointment letter. Make sure to verify the home address and mailing address (if any) with them on the phone. You can also request to speak to an immigration officer (you may have to ask at least twice to be transferred) to get your CR I-89 receipt number, (it is the receipt number of the biometrics letter) so that you can track your case online.

Congratulations on all the approvals :thumbs::dance: What is going on with the processing of May filers, especially with CSC... did we(MAY filers)do something wrong, do they need more people to work the cases... i mean this is REALLY starting to get to me... everytime i get a text or an email my heart starts racing only to find out it's not from USCIS... what are they doing???? :wacko::blink::angry::crying::bonk::help::(:o

Had my biometrics done today finally. It's been nearly 3 and half months since we first applied. I wonder when all of the May CSC approvals will come... Hopefully soon!
