Which means they could ask any random questions mentioned on the application form I-751 that we submitted??

It is very understandable what you are saying, but in USCIS's eyes - these are the types of signals they get form people who are marrying for immigration purposes only.

Did you send affidavits? If not, find two or three people and get them put together.

Of course I did! I sent 2 people's affidavits. Maybe I have to send another 10?

Also, I sent car/medical insurance, joint tax returns and family photos....

I guess USCIS wants to see more financial docs. I'm gonna have my husband add me into his bank account and credit account immediately so that I can send statement by deadline. Though I really hate to do, but no choise! :wacko:

Actually, when you do this... you can ask the bank manager to write a letter stating that you are both authorized users on the account.

Congrats to Abdur and Azmina.

Today has been 60 days since my NOA1 so i decided to call USCIS and place a service request. The lady took all my info and at the end gave me a reference number. If someone can update my info I will appreciate.

The Wait continues!

I'm happy to report I received a response for the service request I placed on Wednesday. They say my biometrics date has been set on August 20 and I should be receiving the notice in the mail. Once I receive it, I think I'll try to see if I can do a walk-in

Instructions: If more than 30 days have elapsed since your NOA1 date and you have not received your biometrics appointment letter, you can call the NCSC (their number is on your NOA1) and put in service request to the service center which you filed (CSC or VSC) to find out the status of the biometrics appointment letter. Make sure to verify the home address and mailing address (if any) with them on the phone. You can also request to speak to an immigration officer (you may have to ask at least twice to be transferred) to get your CR I-89 receipt number, (it is the receipt number of the biometrics letter) so that you can track your case online.

Instructions: If more than 30 days have elapsed since your NOA1 date and you have not received your biometrics appointment letter, you can call the NCSC (their number is on your NOA1) and put in service request to the service center which you filed (CSC or VSC) to find out the status of the biometrics appointment letter. Make sure to verify the home address and mailing address (if any) with them on the phone. You can also request to speak to an immigration officer (you may have to ask at least twice to be transferred) to get your CR I-89 receipt number, (it is the receipt number of the biometrics letter) so that you can track your case online.
