Congratulations YouToo!!! :dance: It's good to hear that bio letters are being issued, and definitely, try for an early bio!

I tweaked the Missing Biometrics portion of the list a bit.

YouToo - I added your SR response and CR I-91 dates as 07/10, because the bio letter satisfies both.

AndieR - I moved your date from SR Response to SR Placed because it sounds like you haven't had a response to the missing bio yet, just the CR I-91 number.

BsZoom42 - I clarified my comment a bit.

Instructions: If more than 30 days have elapsed since your NOA1 date and you have not received your biometrics letter, you can call the NCSC and put in service request to the center which you filed to find out that status of the letter. Make sure to verify the home address and mailing address (if any) with them on the phone. You can also request to speak to an immigration officer to get your CR I-89 receipt number, (it is the receipt number of the biometrics letter) so that you can track your case online.

I logged into the USCIS Case Status website and saw that my CR I-89 case was touched on 7/10. Hopefully that will be a good sign. :thumbs:

I just checked USCIS and my case was touched yesterday as well. I already had my bio a month ago though - hope that is a good sign :unsure:

Crossing my fingers that all the bios for all the other May filers will come in sooooon :thumbs:

These are definitely good signs folks! Remember what happened the last time there were a bunch of touches over the weekend. I think next week is going to be a very busy week for approvals and bio appointments! Good luck to all. :dance:

Aww...thank you! :blush: I just want everybody to have a happy life with their loved ones and not have to go through any more stress and worry through this process. We're all in this together so I will cheer for all of you!

I want to call USCIS today and get some updated information and I thought I would ask the board how the would suggest that I approach the phone call? What questions to ask? How to handle the customer service rep that I will speak with initially. Thank you for your help in advance~

Hi,

This site has been incredibly helpful during this process. We're among the 'lucky' ones who sent their I-175 in the latter part of May and are still waiting for a biometrics appointment.

I-175 mailed to VSC: May 24

NOA1: May 26

Contacted USCIS re: missing biometrics letter: July 7

Response from VSC that the ASC is backlogged): July 8

We're away for 10 days the end of this month so hopefully will have the appointment letter before that...
