I agree that the slow down would most likely be attributed to the new card design and the system glitch. Also USCIS is probably trying to change out a lot of the older cards as well.

I can't update, but we received ours today dated 06/15 and scheduled for 07/07. You don't even want to think about what that table looked like when I saved it....

I scheduled an infopass for tomorrow morning to see if we can do the biometrics early - we're leaving town on the 1st and wont be back for awhile

actually - you do not need an infopass for an early bio. Just go to your ASC and see if they can accommodate you earlier... unless there is something else that you want to do at your infopass....

Yah we figured that. The mis-information line was the only number on the notice and they said in order to reschedule or make changes we either send a letter directly to the ASC OR schedule an infopass. We are going to get in on the infopass and beg for mercy LOL

actually - you do not need an infopass for an early bio. Just go to your ASC and see if they can accommodate you earlier... unless there is something else that you want to do at your infopass....

I think it will still work - if not, just go to the ASC the next day early morning....

No luck. The New Orleans office is the worst in the country I think.

Anyway, they said no way they never do walk-ins and that we have to come in on the appointment date. So we rescheduled our trip.....bleh@that lyin #######

When I called the misinformation line 2 weeks ago, they told me to expect the biometrics letter around the end of July.

This is soooo frustrating!!!!!!!!!

Nooooooooooo!!!! I will be out of town for in the beginning of August for 2 weeks Hopefully will receive soon and if not then need to apply for early bio
