My I-751 packet was received today ... I know that's not a column, but I'm sure we all watch that date as much as the NOA, etc

I got a mail from USCIS today, am a bit afraid of RFE..... guess what? ASC Appointment Notice AGAIN!! :blink:

Hey, USCIS, don't waste time/money to give me second appointment. :devil:

Anyway, I'll go to the service center tomorrow morning for my "1st" appointment. :whistle:

2nd one is June 11.... wonder I have to go there again :lol:

For all the VSC filers that are receiving a second biometrics letter for a later date, call USCIS and talk to an officer. I already called them and they say to ignore the second date and go to the biometrics on the first appointment date and take both letters with you to the appointment. There is a BIG Error and that is why some of us are getting second letters.

Many late April VSC filer received 2nd Bio letter. Looks like error is still uncorrected...

How do you know when they deposited the check until and unless you know the funds are withdrawn (and see the scanned image) - or did you update both things (deposited and funds withdrawn) at once after you saw it online?

My I-751 was received yesterday and I'm praying they deposit the check and take care of the NOA1 before the long weekend ...

My bank provides me with a scanned copy of the front and back of the check as soon as the funds are withdrawn from my account. I can see that the VSC wrote 05/24/2010 on the check, along with some other information including an EAC number. From previous experience, I know that it takes two days or more once a check is deposited for the funds to be removed from my account, and I know that the VSC did not deposit my check on Sunday. So based on all of the above, I concluded the check was deposited on 05/24/2010. I will find out for sure when I receive a NOA1.

Both the VSC and CSC are very quick to cash your check, so I believe that yours will get cashed today, since it was received by them yesterday.
