Hi guys,

After waiting 9 months i got some thing to look forward .

i recived letter from los angles imgration office for interview on 30 october,2009 .So i am looking forward for that interview .I want to know any of you guys have experience of having interview in imgration office.I will be more than happy if you share your view on it and it can help me to prepaired for that.

What kind of interview, is it for AOS? K3s don't normally hav e interviews inside the USA.

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.

When the US Citizen is required to have an interview in a local office before approving the I-130, it's usually because they have major questions about the US Citizen's status. This can stem from how they received their citizenship or from previoius sponsorship of another fiancee or spouse, among other things. They may also suspect your marriage is fraudulent. Usually the person at least has a clue what might be amiss. Be prepared to answer questions regarding anything you think they might have misinterpreted about past immigration experiences or your marriage. These interviews happen in far less than one percent of cases.

Facts are cheap...knowing how to use them is precious...
