Advance Parole questions

My wife came in from Canada on a K-I visa, and we are married. :D We have AOS and EAD filed and in process.

We received an approved Advance Parole yesterday! There are no conditions noted.

Now for my questions:

1. It says "This authorization is valid for multiple applications for parole into the United States during the validity period noted above." Does that mean that she can go back and forth to Canada multiple times during the period without issue? The Authorization is good for One Year.

2. All the documents I read state that Advance Parole is needed for Adjustment of Status applicants. Does that mean that once her status is adjusted (hopefully in January) that the Advance Parole is no longer needed and she is free to travel?

We have a lot of family in Canada and would love to be able to go there frequently.

Thanks in advance for any information on this.

Yep, agree with Belinda. :)

She will have to fill out an I-94 and she will go to secondary. (If going through a land border they will fill out the I-94 for her.) Take both copies of the AP. They will keep one and return the other one to her. (Some were given both back so don't worry if they do that.) She will also need her passport. Don't forget you'll need to leave enough travel time to allow for processing.

Congratulations!
