Hello,

As I am preparing for the NVC stage, could my wife (beneficary) download and fill out the DS-3032 and DS-230 ahead of time and mail them to me? Or do I have to wait for the NVC to mail me the forms?

Your help is greatly appreciated.

2009-08-24 : I-130 Sent

2009-09-02 : I-130 NOA1

2009-09-14 : I-130 Approved

2009-09-21 : NVC Received Case

2009-10-02 : Received DS-3032 / I-864 Bill

2009-10-03 : Pay I-864 Bill

2009-10-06 : Receive I-864 Package

2009-10-07 : Return Completed I-864

2009-10-13 : Return Completed DS-3032

2009-10-29 : Receive IV Bill

2009-10-30 : Pay IV Bill

2009-12-22 : Case Completed at NVC

you can download and have her mail to save time also i would have her sign bout 4 copies incase of errors in the future.

well she is going to fill them out and print and sign and send to me, so any errors on the page means a whole new page, so hopefully no errors would be made!

You should read the NVC short cut guides which tell you how to get through the NVC the quickest. Your wife should fill out and mail the DS-3032 and DS-230 with all the supporting documents to you when you receive your NOA 2. If you wait for the NVC it will take much longer to get through the NVC. It is possible to get a case complete in the NVC in a matter of weeks if you have all your papers ready. Do you know all the documents you need?
