Since my one year after my k1 approval is not yet expire and will be due on june 2010. And, im going to fly back home in my home country April or May 2010 to get my baby.. I don't need to file another petition for her? Do i just need to show my approval notice for my i-129 to get her medical done and setting an appointment for her visa interview? Is that all i need to do? Or do i still need some papers to file in order to get her? I'm really confused

. Make an appointment for interview.

Do St. Lukes, Fill out 2 DS 156s and pay BDO for the DS 157 and make 2 copies.

You need your MNL number from NVC for the medical and interview, then you need to provide all the documentation they require for a K2 to follow.

It will be very similar to the documents you provided for a K-1

NOTE if your baby has a USC as a father, the baby has a right to US citizenship. You need to pursue filing a CRBA and get the baby a US passport. No visa needed.
