Help Error on N-400 Application

Hi I sent my N-400 on September 23rd. And USCIS Recieved it on the 25th. I still haven't got the NOA yet. Is it normal?

I just noticed on M-476 that every continuation sheet needs to be signed and dated. I forgot to sign on the continuation sheet that included address and employment. Everything besides that is in perfect order. Would my Case be rejected based on that?. Since I sent a USPS money order I can't track whether they have cashed it or not.

Any suggestions or information will be greatly appreciated.

I would wait a while yet. Sometimes the NOA takes a few weeks to arrive. They 'may' return the application, however, I think that is unlikely. You will be attending an interview so they may just have you sign the form at the interview instead. Be patient - I feel confident you should get your NOA in the coming week.

“...Isn't it splendid to think of all the things there are to find out about? It just makes me feel glad to be alive--it's such an interesting world. It wouldn't be half so interesting if we knew all about everything, would it? There'd be no scope for imagination then, would there?”

Thanks for the support Kathryn. I really hope it works that way.

Hi Shredshark,

Don't worry, youll get your NOA soon, as it takes 1-2 weeks to receive such by mail (at least from mine and other vjers experiences, as I got mime in 10 days of filing my application..see my timeline for more info). If not, you can contact the uscis for further info about yur case.

By the way, since you are an N-400 September 2009 applicant, feel free to add your name and info to this "N-400 September 2009 Applicants" list too (scroll to the last updated list):

Let's track our progress together with other VJers as September 2009 filers too!

Hope this helps. Good luck on your journey.
