I'd stop with #14. If you are interviewed, all the rest can be offered if the interviewer wants more. No, the affidavit doesn't need to be notarized.

Looks good! I myself would not reduce the packet size - I always think the more, the better. If one ACCO fastener doesn't fit, it is OK to make two packets. Just include an index on the second packet too, with all your info especially A-number. Most of the time REmoving Conditions applications DON'T have interviews, only AOS - so don't save anything for an interview, send everything in NOW!

Doesn't a Will need to be notarized to be valid? Not sure, but I would include it anyway, it shows good intentions. If you have IRS transcripts you don't need the W2s but still... I included them anyway, just in case. For some reason the W2s are always icing on the cake for USCIS. I didn't notarize our affidavits either, it was OK and we got approved fine. The letter from your sister is a good thing too. Bank statements only the front page is probably OK, we included all the pages just in case.

That's plenty. More than double what I sent in. Ditch the magazine subscriptions though.

Check out the sticky up top of this forum. There is some excellent info on what the UCSIS like seeing and what they think is not really useful (like the magazine subscriptions). Your financial evidence and joint ownership and policies are excellent proof.

Good luck!

See my replies in red (I edited your post to make it relevant only to what I was replying to) Just so you know, I also submitted a fair amount of evidence (about 80 pages in total and even I felt that it was overkill) but I went through used a highlighter to point out what I wanted them to see, like same address, dates, beneficiary names etc.:

i don't know if the acco fastener will able to hold on to it Use a bulldog clip style acco fastner and forget the pronged fastner ... and don't forget a cover letter on top listing what the application is for and all your included evidence. There are good samples to be found on this site.

1. application and check.

2. copy of my wife's green card. back to back. you mean front and back?

3. copy of my wife's Ar11. we changed address. Have you also done a I-865? We included a copy of this as well.

4. letter from my sister ( we live in her house) stating we live there and we pay rent. ( not notarized, is it ok?) It's fine.

5. affidavit from 3 friends ( not notarized, is it ok?) It's fine that they are not notarized, but I would just keep them as backup if you get RFE'd

6. my last will and testament ( not notarized, is it ok? )... i dont know if we should include this...help!

7. my wife's last will and testament ( not notarized, is it ok?)... i dont know if we should include this......help! This is a good idea; I would include them.

8. IRS transcript year 2007 and 2008 (joint). i did not include W2, is it ok? W2 not needed

9. Copy of our driver license, same address.

10. my life insurance policy.

11. my wife's life insurance policy.

12. my 403-b retirement policy.

13. my health insurance, wife included. medical, dental, vision. with statements of bills.

For all of your joint banking, here is what many do ... send 1 complete statement and then just the first page of all the others .. 2 - 3 per year. We also sent a copy of our cards. Also, perhaps send 2 of your joint banking proof and 2 of the credit card proof and just keep the rest for later if needed.

14. citibank atm card copy, check, statements front page only, is it ok?. ( at least every 4months). joint account.

15. our other citibank atm card copy, check, statements front page only, is it ok?... we have 2 citibank joint account.

16. our bank of america atm card copy, check and statements at least every 3 months, front page only.. is it ok?.

17. 5 different joint credit card... copy and statements (every 4 months) .

18. joint telephone bill for long distance only..

19. our pay check copy, same address. at least 2 copy maybe... optional

20. our professional liability insurance policy, copy.

21. our triple aaa card copy I would keep this for later.

Pick one:

22. joint car contract, my wifes car. includes insurance policy and ID, registration all under our name.

23. my car only in my name, insurance policy and ID includes my wifes name

Keep all the rest for later.

24. our airline mileage card

25. picture together, at least 10. ... if you insist, just send one

26. 1 concert ticket we went.

27. magazine subscriptionsat leats 4. both our name.

28. universal studios yearly pass ID, expired though,..

29. our costco Id card

how will i send my packet...? Send it via USPS, certified mail with signature confirmation. You want that little green card back!

Hi epoy2,

you have a lot of evidence which is very good, but in case USCIS send you RFE what extra evidences you will provide? When they send an RFE they r asking for new or extra evidences that you did'nt submit before..

for that reason If I was in your place I would keep some of the evidences incase of RFE.

for example , you have 3 joint bank account and 5 joint credit card accounts, you can send them now 2 joint bank accounts and leave one out ,same goes for credit cards, send them 2 or 3 and keep other 2 joint credit card statetements out for possible RFE ..

on your list of evidences, I would keep number 24- 26-27-28-29 out as well..This way if you ever receive an RFE you r not gonna stress out looking finding new evidences..

btw for the joint bank statements ,I believe its better to send complete statements instead of only front page of it.. This way if they want to check they can always see the detailed activation on the account

wishing you good luck
