I just sent out our package for I-130 & I-485 :dance:

Can't believe it's actually out of my hands after months of preparation and form gathering!! The post office said it should arrive by Monday, I got delivery confirmation :star:

10/16/09- Mailed out AOS package

01/14/10- Interview completed - Approved!

01/23/10- Conditional Green Card received!

10/17/11- Mailed ROC package

10/19/11- Package arrives at VSC

10/24/11- "Touch"

10/24/11- Check cashed

10/26/11- NOA1 received

11/23/11- Biometrics appointment

Hi guys, check for I-130 was cashed! I'm soooo relieved. Now NOA's to come...

Awaiting updates from Km24 today or tomorrow :whistle:

laurelmike.. no signs yet! :( we checked the account today they still didn't encash the checks.

km24.... I guess ReeRee's I-485 check was probably cashed early, so since the I-130 was cashed today, hopefully yours will be posted on your account tomorrow or the day after. Fingers crossed.

Waiting on Km24 checks to be cashed and for my NOA :whistle::whistle:

Yes, waiting is right! Does anyone know the current time frame for the Chicago office? I can never understand the USCIS' website for wait times :lol:

We are just about ready to send everything in! Hoping to mail out by Thursday or Friday at the latest :thumbs:

Can't wait!!

Well done for mailing out today, we sent ours off on Tuesday. I think the toughest part apart from the wait is getting everything together. I say that, I haven't been interviewed yet!

10/23/09: Received rejection notice for I-765 (Used outdated version of form, duh)

10/24/09: Received NOAs for I-130 and I-485

10/26/09: Resent updated I-765

10/28/09: RFE for I-485

11/02/09: Received RFE letter for I-864

11/05/09: Sent RFE back and received Biometrics appointment for 11/19 (I-485)

11/09/09: Received NOA for I-765 (finally!)

11/11/09: RFE received, case resumed

11/19/09: Biometrics done for I-485 (and I-765 without appointment letter!) - both touched PM

12/03/09: EAD card production ordered

12/07/09: EAD received

12/10/09: Received an e-mail saying I-765 was approved.... a little late!

12/11/09: Received interview appointment letter: January 11th, 8:40am

01/11/10: APPROVED at interview!

01/19/10: Green card received (It's not green.)

Yes, since it was a different bank for the two checks, that's probably why this timing difference. Km24- don't worry yours will be cashed soon (F)(F)

My husband just checked the mail, and we received all four NOA's!!! Very happy news before the weekend :luv:

Now praying km24 gets her checks cashed :whistle:

Yeah I sent it in earlier today. I put our local office which is Philadelphia. My immigration lawyer wasn't much help on the matter so I went with VJ :blush:
