We just got our interview letter, scheduled for Jan 14 @ 8:30AM :blink: Guess I better start becoming a morning person! :lol:

Nov 7, 2012 N-400 delivered to Phoenix lockbox, signed by Arndt & case priority date

Nov 9, 2012 Case Touched, NOA date

Nov 13, 2012 Got text/e-mail with case number & the check was cashed :)

Nov 14, 2012 Case updated online to say biometrics apt. notice is on its way!

Nov 16, 2012 Received NOA & biometrics apt. letter

Nov 28, 2012 Biometrics apt.

Jan 4, 2013 In line for interview!

Jan 5, 2013 Scheduled for interview!

Jan 10, 2013 Received interview letter

Jan 19, 2013 Received yellow letter dated 1/16 asking me to bring more passport pics to the interview

Congrats everyone who got IL, EAD, AP!! We have come so far in the process, it is a blessing :DI remember I was going crazy checking my bank account every 10 minutes to see if my checks were cashed, that was just a couple months ago :lol:

BTW, I also got the second e-mail about EAD production, but it hasn't come in a mail yet. Hopefully this week!!

We've been a lot of ups and downs.. Gee.. and now see some of the Oct filers are now receiving their GC.. God is good though.. ;)

I certainly remember how nerve wracking it was waiting for the checks to be cashed :lol: It's been certainly a blessing!!!

Congrats to KM24 & Rebecca on the receipt of your IL :star:

..... and another congrats to KM24 for the part time job. I'm getting ready to send you my christmas wish list :P

Got my IL today.. =) schedule will be on January 12, 2010 at 9:30am.. need to gather the papers soon..

Thanks for the congrats everyone :star: It is a relief to have it!! I wonder...if we never receive the EAD for whatever reason (like if it gets returned to USCIS for failed delivery, which seems to be happening a lot) will it be a problem not to have it with us at the interview? On the checklist it says to bring the EAD and AP

Congrats Rebecca. I don't think delivery would fail on your EAD if your IL arrived.

I know what you mean about early!

I'm okay with mornings but our interview is at 8:40 and we live just over 2 hours away.... if the roads are good.

It's going to be an early one! It seems early is the trend. Hopefully really good starts to all our days!

12/03/09: EAD card production ordered

12/07/09: EAD received

12/10/09: Received an e-mail saying I-765 was approved.... a little late!

01/11/10: APPROVED at interview!

Hi KM24, I was wondering the same. there hasn't been any touch on my I-130 since the first NOA date.

BTW, I got AP in the mail yesterday!! And also got e-mail about EAD approval notice being mailed to me. I thought that EAD is a card, not a letter. So you get a approval letter and a card??

11/06/09 9AM Biometrics Done

12/03/09 Received interview letter (Scheduled on 01/06/10 in Baltimore) (Day 59)

12/08/09 Received E-mails: EAD production order and AP approval (Day 64)

12/14/09 Received AP (2 copies) in mail!

12/16/09 Received EAD!!!!!

01/06/10 Interview done!!! - 20 minutes of waiting and 15 minutes of interview

01/21/10 Got Green Card in a mail!!!!!!!

01/26/10 Got Welcome letter saying my green card is approved (got it after I got my GC:) )

*Thinking* What's with our I-130?! Hope we will get an update for that.. About the EAD, I got a card not a letter.. Haven't received an approval letter..

Hi ReeRee, yeah the EAD is just a card. No separate approval letter. You should get it within days.

Yeah we are not too far, about 30 mins from our interview office. But we'll probably stay overnight in Philly the night before b/c I get anxiety about being late :lol:

I'm considering getting a hotel for the night before. I thought I was the only one!

I haven't had any updates on my I-130 since 10/29. I don't know what's with that. I thought that would be more important since the eligibility for filing I485 is based on that.

Anyway, I feel much better that other people's I-130s aren't active either! :)
