Hey October filers and congrats on all the updates lately!!

Just a question, when you received your EAD did you perhaps see where it was mailed from? I was just wondering if it is produced and sent out by our local ASC offices or does it come from Chicago/MO ? Thanks !

Congratulations for all the recent approvals and EADs included ReeRee! I'm so glad to see lots of update during last week and this week.

Meanwhile I got another email yesterday that my EAD production card ordered which is the exactly same as previous one on DEC 3! I'm wondering what's going on, and when I will get the actual card on my mailbox with AP!

Hi luckykaren, that's a normal set of EAD emails. They seem to send out a total of three, two for card production and then one that says approved. I think the card is now in the mail and on it's way to you.

Oh really! Good to know that they normally do in that way.

I got a touch on my I-485 yesterday and today.. :unsure: does it mean ill be receiving the IL letter soon?! fingers crossed..

I got another touch on the EAD today and another e-mail stating they ordered production of the card. They said they ordered production of the card on the 4th too lol

It's just normal Rebecca.. I also received 2 emails for card production ordered.. you will be then receiving it soon =) like after 3-4 days i guess.. woot woot! By the way, I've already applied for SSN but so hard to look for a job.. tsk tsk!

I'm just looking for part time jobs (sales, management) since I still have to wait for my RN License 'cause they need my SSN for that. and what I've observed some hospitals requires 1-2 years experience on that field.

Are you a new grad KM 24? if you are try to get into the new grad program... there's a carreer fair in Pasadena sponsor by nurse week.. try that... it may helps... the hosp i work close for the new grad program but if you do have some exp and have the RN license its somewhat easy to get the job... at this time you cant be choosy even though ur nurse... ive never thought as a nurse u would have a hard time finding a job until now...
