My biometrics is DONE!! :dance: I did a walk first thing this morning and I was done in no time. They were very friendly. YAY!

Congrats on doing the walk in bio. I'm sure that will speed up the processing of your EAD and AP.

KM and Greg, my card has already been ordered. I got a text update a few minutes. Thank you all for your support.

KM, it shouldn't take long for you to get your social security card. When I got mine, it was only a few days after going down to the office. (I had a work permit as a student)

Congrats! That's so awesome after your long wait that it's finally ordered... :thumbs:

Nov 9, 2012 Case Touched, NOA date

Nov 13, 2012 Got text/e-mail with case number & the check was cashed :)

Nov 14, 2012 Case updated online to say biometrics apt. notice is on its way!

Nov 16, 2012 Received NOA & biometrics apt. letter

Nov 28, 2012 Biometrics apt.

Jan 4, 2013 In line for interview!

Yay! Got my EAD in the mail today. Perfect timing. That was fast. I only got one e-mail saying the card was ordered, no approval notice. That was Thur and today I got the card! HAPPY DANCE! :dance:

Rebecca, as things are working out you guys should get yours in a day or 2.

Now, I have a SS card for my J1, I assume I have to tell SSA my status has changed or do they already know?

That interview column on the spreadsheet is looking pretty full guys!

06/02/08: Came back to camp, started dating

01/12/09: Returned to US for internship

05/02/09: Married in NH

10/12/09: I-130, I-485 and I-765 sent to Chicago Lockbox

10/14/09: AOS Package received in Chicago

10/21/09: Checks for I-130 and I-485 cashed

10/23/09: Received rejection notice for I-765 (Used outdated version of form, duh)

10/24/09: Received NOAs for I-130 and I-485

10/26/09: Resent updated I-765

10/28/09: RFE for I-485

11/02/09: Received RFE letter for I-864

11/05/09: Sent RFE back and received Biometrics appointment for 11/19 (I-485)

11/09/09: Received NOA for I-765 (finally!)

11/11/09: RFE received, case resumed

11/19/09: Biometrics done for I-485 (and I-765 without appointment letter!) - both touched PM

12/03/09: EAD card production ordered

12/07/09: EAD received

12/10/09: Received an e-mail saying I-765 was approved.... a little late!

12/11/09: Received interview appointment letter: January 11th, 8:40am

01/11/10: APPROVED at interview!

01/19/10: Green card received (It's not green.)

I also received 2 emails, one is my EAD production order and the other AP approval last night!!! FINALLY!!! I am sooo happy :dance::dance:

That's what I'm doing. Getting 100s of pages organized. You never know what they will ask for, but you got to be prepared. It seems the ones that are most prepared are the ones that have the 10 minute interviews where they don't ask for anything.

Congratulations for all the recent approvals and EADs included ReeRee! I'm so glad to see lots of update during last week and this week.

Meanwhile I got another email yesterday that my EAD production card ordered which is the exactly same as previous one on DEC 3! I'm wondering what's going on, and when I will get the actual card on my mailbox with AP!

Feb 6 10: Got my Greencard!

OCT 11 : Filed I-751

NOV 11 : Received I-797 Notice of Action.(It says I-751 receipt notice...1 year extended)

NOV 11 : CHECK_$590 cashed.

DEC 11 : Done Bio.

JAN 12 : Resident card date is expired.

Hi luckykaren, that's a normal set of EAD emails. They seem to send out a total of three, two for card production and then one that says approved. I think the card is now in the mail and on it's way to you.
