Guys how goes it! Did walk-in for Biometrics...worked out well. So far everything seems to be rolling surprisingly quickly.

Couldn't help but notice your local office is Manchester, NH, same as mine. I was going to try walk-in biometrics but figured as it's a small office I probably wouldn't get in. When did you do yours? I'm kicking myself now.

Sorry I didn't answer your question.... My biometrics was scheduled for Nov 18th, but I did the walk-in on Nov 12th at around 3pm...the office was quite empty. Just another couple there besides myself.

luckykaren, when i sent my RFE back i didn't include a cover letter. i just put the RFE letter at the front of the bundle. i also used certified mail as it's kind of as important as the original filing. best of luck! i hope it all gets resolved quickly!

Thanks for the reply, Hudons! I thought the same that I don't need another cover letter as long as I included the original RFE. But I just made a simple cover letter to show a little bit of effort on this. ^^

We submitted the I-140, I-485, I-765 by premium service at the same time. Here is the processing time of our cases.

10/23/09 -- Mailed off Forms I-140 (EB1-B), I-485, I-131, I-765 Package @ Philadelphia (TSC)

10/30/09 -- Email notification of I-140 approval

11/03/09 -- Received NOA's for I-485 & I-765 (Biometrics Appointment for 11/24/09)

11/05/09 -- Biometrics done by walking-in (saved 20 days and hope it will speed up the whole process)

11/06/09 -- Received hard copy of I-140 Approval

Now waiting for EAD and Green cards.

11/16/09 -- Received email notification about EAD has been ordered.

Now waiting for EAD card and Green card.

Hi guys!! It's good to see the progress on many people's cases. I did do biometrics about a week and a half ago, but since then nothing. It's been 30 days since the NOA date, so if I follow the recent statistics, I should be getting EAD soon. But no update on my case online, but the updates online varies with different cases and some people never get online updates, but get their EADs and APs in mail with no problem, correct? I am starting to get anxious again since there has been no touch on my I-130 and I131 since the NOA date.... Ahhh gotta stay positive!!!

Anyway, have a good week guys!! Praying everyone will get their NOA's, bio letter, EAD, AP soon!!

Our EAD cases were only touch once after we did finger prints, then came the notification that they were ordered.

It looks not many touches may not be a bad thing.

I called the INS for a service request for my Biometrics Appointment.. And told me to wait for a month! Geeeez.. That sounds crazy!

What??? That is crazy, you already waited for a month and they say another month? Maybe you can call again and hope someone else answers the phone and get the different answer?

Yeah.. The lady only gave me the confirmation number for the service request! So now I really have to wait.. Hopefully it will arrive before we move to our new house..

We applied AP, but I do not think that they will do anything for it becasue our original visa allows multiple entries for 3 years.
