For those who already received their bio letter.. Do the USCIS update your portfolio online? Do they send you notices that they already sent the letter?

KM24, this is my first time on here and I have not yet had a chance to post my time line. I have an almost identical time line as yours and I have not yet received my biometrics letter. I am hoping that it did not get lost in the mail. I think I'll try calling them if I don't see anything in the mail by the end of the week. Let's both hope that we see something tomorrow.

Hi Km24

No, my portfolio hasn't been updated online since Oct 14th and I didn't receive any notice prior to receipt of the biometrics letter. As Hudons suggested (I'm not definite about this) it might just be a delay from your local ASC (for instance even though I got my biometrics letter earlier than ReeRee, she got an earlier appointment date- Nov 6th, while I'm scheduled for the 9th. We are same state though but different Application Support Centers). Fingers crossed for you

Hudons, Luckykaren and Sweetanastacia.... sorry to hear about your RFE. Hope you get them resolved soon.

Praying for everyone to get their Biometrics letter soonest :star:

To be updated soon

That's all what I'm praying for.. Hope it didn't get lost in the mail.. I called the 1-800 number and the lady told me to wait until November 14 since my Notice Date is October 14, I have to wait for a month to report for any delay.. I'll be keeping you posted regarding the bio.. This thing drives me CRAZY!

On October 26 they updated my portfolio (I-130, I-131, I-765) and the last update for my I-485 was October 15.

Fingers crossed!

Mine hasn't been updated since 10/14 either. I am praying for you km24!! It is frustrating that we need to wait for 30 days... But it's good thing some of your cases were touched at later date, so it shows that it's moving along.

Hi ReeRee,

Yeap...I recently learnt that's what it called_'touched'! It's pretty nice to see your case is moving forward, isn't it?

About my case, I was waiting to receive RFE in this week, but then today I've received notice for my biometrics!!??

It says 'Notice date' is Oct/26, so I'm guessing this was issued before they've sent out RFE. Anyway it's good to receive it! My appointment is on 23th so I hope I have time to fix RFE before biometrics is done.

I've seen some people did 'walk-in' earlier than requested date, but I'm just going to wait and go to ASC on that date. I was worried whether I'm going to waste a long time due to RFE, but maybe not if I send it back fast enough. huh.. WHAT A GOOD SUPRISE!

Congrats on bio letter and hope your RFE is easy enough to quickly send off :innocent: Yep, it's good to see they were touched, but not I-130 and I-131, now I wonder what is the hold up??? This waiting game requires a lot of patience though... Maybe I should start meditating to clear my mind and stop worrying so much...

OK, yesterday we drove to the local IRS field office. After waiting in a line for about an hour we finally got my husband's tax transcript for 2008. He also printed out his pay stubs for the last 6 months from the online employee portal. HR issued a letter of employment and sent it to us by mail (??? ).

Hope I'll get the letter tomorrow and we'll be able to send the RFE response tomorrow or on Friday. Keeping my fingers crossed.

Oh yeah and I'm having my bio appointment tomorrow. Wish me luck

PS Thanks everybody on the advise on the tax transcripts, you guys saved me at least a week of time!
